How we can work together

Individual therapy for teens (12+) and adults

  • Couples & family counseling for communication, conflict, and parenting

  • Support for autism spectrum disorder in teens and adults

  • School-related concerns like ADHD, executive functioning, and mood

Lauren Raphael’s style is warm, straightforward, and rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT-informed skills, and family systems work. Together, you’ll focus on practical tools you can actually use between sessions.
