Relationships can become strained by stress, parenting, finances, or major life changes. Lauren works with couples and families who want to:

  • Navigate parenting and co-parenting challenges

  • Rebuild trust and repair emotional injuries

  • Feel more connected, understood, and supported

In your sessions, Lauren provides structure, clear boundaries, and a safe space for each person to be heard. Lauren’s work is informed by attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman-informed techniques to help you understand patterns and create healthier ways of relating.

Lauren has seen many couples and families from Northbrook, Glenview, Deerfield, Highland Park, Buffalo Grove, and Wheeling, as well as across Illinois via telehealth.

With over 10 years as a school social worker, Lauren understands how much school stress impacts mental health. Lauren provides therapy for teens who struggle with:

Lauren works with teens (12+) and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who may experience:
